NanoMQ v0.24.1 Release Note

The first official ver of 0.24 is ready now. It comes with the following new changes:

1. Topic mapping feature for upward bridging messaging. The docs are still in cook.
2. Now NanoMQ will find the config file nanomq.conf at its executing path automatically. Only valid for linux now.
3. Remove the PID check of the process protector.
4. Exits if it reads an invalid config file.
5. Fix a portability issue on the Little endian platform.
6. Fix a Sub/UnSub bug of MQTT WebSockets.
7. Fix a double-free bug in the hybrid server of bridging.
8. Other minor enhancements and fixes.
